A second look for your investments
Sometimes a second opinion is needed for the things that matter most.
Investment allocation, goals and income
Linden Financial Consultants, LLC, is an hourly-only/fee-only fiduciary established in 2013 to service individuals looking for a different type of investor-advisor relationship and who are often overlooked by traditional investment companies. Our clients do not require any minimums for investments or assets to have a client relationship. Unlike most financial advisers, we do not manage your investments – our advice and recommendations come as a true fiduciary, working in your best interest.
Support for the DIY investor
Linden Financial Consultants, LLC, believes it is possible to manage your own investments – the platforms and tools that exist today provide nearly all the same opportunity for individuals as the institutional investor. What we can provide is a connection to your overall financial goals and objectives, ensuring how and where you are invested best meet those goals. If you are transitioning your investments from savings to income, we can provide recommendations that are the most tax-efficient for withdrawal. We can stress-test your investment plans to determine if your planned income will last through your retirement.
A second opinion for invested assets
Investment advisors have varied relationships with their clients – some provide true, comprehensive financial advice, while others you may see only once a year to review investment performance. We believe at Linden Financial Consultants, LLC that your investments are only one piece of your financial puzzle, and your overall goals and activities should be reflected in your investment portfolio. As an hourly-only service, we can review your current investments and provide in-depth analysis and explanations of how those stocks, funds or ETFs translate to your goals. We will break down funds and fees and recommend alternatives based on your stage of life and level of comfort with risk. And we can answer questions you may be unwilling to ask your current advisor.
Socially responsible investments
Investing is fraught with terms for social and environmental responsibility, with no standards or best practices on how investments can reflect personal values and preferences. We can work with you to determine your priorities and goals for investing as well as what is meaningful to you personally, making investment recommendations that truly adhere to both. We can evaluate your current portfolio for changes or review employer-sponsored plans and select “least harm” options together.
